iFoundIt is an innovative UK-based lost-and-found recovery solution. IFoundIt NFC Tags, attached to people’s belongings, use the same tap-to-connect tech that phones use with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I’ve found an item with an iFoundit NFC Tag attached. What should I do?
Tap the Tag with your smartphone. This opens a web page where you can report the item as found and choose your return option. The Owner will then be notified.
Do I need to download an app to use iFoundIt?
Do I need to download an app to use iFoundIt?
No. Everything works through your smartphone’s web browser.
Is there a reward for returning a lost item?
Is there a reward for returning a lost item?
Yes, the Owner can send you a reward of £20 or more once their item is successfully returned. You can choose to accept this, donate it to one of our nominated charities
or decline it.
What is the Door-to-Door Courier Collection Return option?
What is the Door-to-Door Courier Collection Return option?
This option must be confirmed by both parties before it can be used. iFoundIt will organise collection from the Finder’s home or work address and arrange delivery to the registered address in your account.
We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 24 – the next working day UK delivery service.
What is the “In-person Meet Up” return option?
What is the “In-person Meet Up” return option?
This option must be confirmed by both parties before it can be used. (If the Finder doesn’t select this, it will not appear for you as a return option.) When both parties agree to this return method, they also consent to sharing contact details. We’ll send both of you our Safe Meet-up Guidelines.
