This seamless returns option provides complete anonymity between Finder and item owner.Depending on your plan, you may have a number of Return Shipping Credits included each year: one credit = one door-to-door delivery.
The Finder selects this return option whilst filling out the found report
By doing so, they agree to take the item back to their place of residence or work, to be collected by our courier partner.
Owner informed
You’ll be informed that someone has found your item and has chosen to return it by courier.
Owner confirmation
Log in to your account and, if applicable, use a Return Shipping Credit.
Address request
Once we receive this, we’ll contact the Finder to get the collection address.
Collection
We’ll arrange for the item to be collected and delivered directly to you. Delivery is usually within 24 hours of collection.
